Specially formulated oil based candy color is specifically designed to color chocolate. Do not use gel or paste colors in your chocolate as they are water based and will ruin your chocolate. Add a little at a time until you get the color you desire.
Adding candy color to your chocolate may cause it to thicken, if so just add a small amount of paramount crystals to thin your chocolate. Convenient 2 OZ squeeze bottle allows you to add as much or as little as you want.
