UPS is our preferred method of shipping.
Ground Orders: For the standard ground shipping delivery
time on your order, See MAP below. Most UPS Ground orders
will be shipped the SAME DAY, if you place your order
online before 3:00 p.m. CST time. (excluding holidays
and weekends, other exceptions may apply.) Orders placed
after 3:00 p.m. CST will be shipped the next day not including
holidays and weekends. NOTE: The day you place your order, does
not count in the total numbers of days to ship.
Express Orders: We offer UPS Second Day & Third
Day Select. Most express shipped orders are processed the same
day if placed before 12:00 noon, not including holidays and
weekends. Express orders placed after 12:00 noon on a weekday
will not ship until the following business day.
All orders placed after 12:00 noon on a Friday will not ship
until the following Monday.
Tracking Numbers: You will be sent an e-mail
containing a UPS tracking number once your order has shipped.
Some orders may be shipped via United States Postal Service
and will be charged accordingly.
IMPORTANT: All products are inspected and packed very
carefully by Cakes by Sam, Inc. In case of damage, please file your
claim immediately with UPS (1-800-742-5877) as we are not
responsible for breakage of merchandise while in transit. No
returns without our consent. SEE TERMS &
