This page is designed to answer your questions about ordering a custom cake for your special event.

Cakes by Sam, Inc. specializes in custom cakes of all kinds. We are not like the common bakery that bakes cakes and sits them out for people to purchase. All our work is customized to your specific request. Because of the custom nature of our business we book up very quickly. We encourage you to book early and check our Availability Calendar below to see if your date is available.

CAKE PRICING: There are so many different factors that determine the final cost of a cake. Design, Flavor, and number of people to feed are just a few. See the photos below to use as a guide to give you an idea of where our cake prices start. This information is only a guide. Final price will be given at the time you place your order. For Cake Ordering - See Instructions Below. 

Cake Ordering Information:

When placing an order for a special occasion cake please use the following steps:

1. Check our Availability Calendar below first to see if your date is available.
2. Call us at: 501.988.2400 (We do not quote prices via e-mail.) Cakes can not be ordered online. Consultations are only available on Wedding Cake orders of a 100 or more servings.
3. Since we price our cakes by the serving we will need to know how many people you need to feed.
4. Most cake designs have a minimum order requirement. See photos below for more information.
5. Choose a design from our gallery or when you call us tell us the theme for your cake design.
6. Choose a flavor at the bottom of this page.
7. Since we are a custom bakery, NO DROP IN TRAFFIC PLEASE!
8. All cake orders must be placed by phone.
9. All cake orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total cake order at the time the order is placed to reserve your date. A return e-mail confirmation is required on all cakes orders.

CAKE PRICING: 

WEDDING CAKE PRICES:
Your cake ingredient costs are minimal, time and design variations are the most costly factors in determining the final price of your Wedding and Groom's Cake(s). This is why we highly recommend setting up a FREE consultation. (No consultation offered on orders of 100 or less servings.) Bookings are made on a first come, first pay basis. Your date is not reserved until we have received a deposit from you.

There is a minimum $200.00 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your date. This deposit will be applied to the final cost of your wedding cakes. Payment in full is required 30 days before your event. Final deposit amount depends on the total amount of your wedding cake contract.  

A $35.00 delivery and setup fee will be charged on all wedding cakes within a 25 mile radius of Cakes by Sam, Inc. All other delivery and set up fees will be figured based on mileage.

PACKAGE CAKE PRICES:

Package cake prices start at $2.00 per serving with a minimum order of 15 servings.

Same design - Fondant iced start at $4.00 per serving with a minimum order of 15 servings.
 

TIERED FONDANT CAKE PRICES:

Tiered Fondant iced cake prices start at $4.50 per serving with a minimum order of 25 servings.

Same design - Buttercream iced start at $3.50 per serving.
 

2D FONDANT CAKE PRICES:

2D Cakes Fondant iced. Prices Start at $4.50 per serving with a minimum order of 20 servings.

Same design - Buttercream iced start at $3.50 per serving.
 
3D Wrecker Cake 3D REALITY CAKE PRICES:

3D Reality Cakes. Prices Start at $10.00 per serving with a minimum order of 50 servings.
 

3D C-130 AIRPLANE CAKE PRICE:

3D C-130 Fondant iced. Prices start at $8.00 per serving with a minimum order of 40 servings.
 

GROOMS CAKE PRICES:
A Grooms cake can range from a simple sheet cake up to an elaborate sculpted cake. A price can only be given once a design has been decided upon.

The example Hat cake on the left is $200.00 feeds 25+



3D HELMET CAKE PRICES:
3D Helmet cakes start at: 4.50 per serving with a minimum of 40 servings. Optional fondant field is $40 additional.
 
SHEET CAKE PRICES:

1/4 Sheet Cake (Feeds up to 25) start at $40.00
1/3 Sheet Cake (Feeds up to 35) start at $60.00
1/2 Sheet Cake (Feeds up to 50) start at $70.00
Full Sheet Cake (Feeds up to 100) start at $110.00
Note: Add $10.00 for an edible image.



3D or SCULPTED CAKE PRICES:

3D Cakes Prices:
Start at $4.00 per serving with a minimum order of 30 servings.
This is a hand sculpted cake, there is no pan available.




2D or 2-DIMENSIONAL CAKE PRICES:

2D Cakes Buttercream iced. Prices Start at $3.00 per serving with a minimum order of $60.00 or 20 servings.
 

SLEEPOVER CAKES:

3D Sleepover Cake Prices Start at $4.00 per serving with a minimum order of 20 servings. Includes 1 child on cake. (Additional children on cake are $5.00 each.)




SPECIAL OCCASION TIERED CAKE PRICES:

Special Occasion Tiered/Fondant iced cake prices start at $4.50 per serving with a minimum of 20 servings.

Our custom cookie prices start at: $24.00 per dozen with a minimum of
one dozen ordered. Hundreds of designs available.
 
GIANT CUPCAKE CAKE

Our custom Giant cupcake prices start at: $45.00 each and feed 20 servings.

Standard size just iced start at: $1.50 each or $18.00 per dozen Minimum order 1 dozen.

Standard size iced with Dots, Stars, Sprinkles, etc. start at: $1.75 each or $21.00 per dozen. Minimum order 1 Dozen.

Standard size: Custom design prices start at: $2.25 each or $27.00 per dozen Minimum order 1 dozen.
